Cathy is running live, online Pilates classes via Zoom. The classes cost £5 each, and run for an hour. If you've previously attended a class it is in a similar format.
Classes will be held
Tuesdays: 18:30 - 19:30 - Beginner/intermediate
Classes are designed to help you:
• Improve your core activation
• Build up your strength and fitness and reduce injury if you're a runner
• Keep you flexible and help stave off stiffness
How to book
Classes will be via Zoom. To book, please use the PayPal button below. Once paid, just email carol@bluekoala.co.uk to let her know and she'll send you a link. You don't need to download or pay
for software - the link you receive will open a window in your browser from where you can join the class.
