Running rehab
Running rehab takes a look at your running style and analyses how your body moves. This highlights areas of weakness, inflexibility or poor balance. We’ll then address those areas to help improve your performance and prevent injury. Whether you’re hoping to finish your first 5km run, return to the football field, or run a marathon in under three hours, Cathy can assist you in reaching your goals.
Using the latest evidence from physiotherapy and sports medicine, Cathy will apply her expert knowledge to diagnose your issue, determine how to address it and show you how you can work to overcome it within the first session. As a level one accredited Triathlon Coach with Triathlon England and an active athlete herself, Cathy has a wealth of experience. You’ll also find her enthusiasm infectious and a great boost to help you get fit and back into running.
