Cathy is running live, online Pilates classes via Zoom. The classes cost £5 each, and run for an hour. If you've previously attended a class it is in a similar format.
Classes will be held
Tuesdays: 10:00 - 11:00 - Beginner/intermediate
Thursdays: 18:15 - 19:15 - Intermediate matwork/strength and conditioning
Fridays: Unfortunately Friday classes have now stopped. Please feel free to join the Tuesday or Thursday classes.
Classes are designed to help you:
• Improve your core activation
• Build up your strength and fitness and reduce injury if you're a runner
• Keep you flexible and help stave off stiffness
How to book
Classes will be via Zoom. To book, please use the PayPal button below. Once paid, just email email@example.com to let her know which day you've paid for, and she'll send you a link. You don't need to download or pay for software - the link you receive will open a window in your browser from where you can join the class.
