Physio fundamentals - clinical reasoning in low back pain



Discover how to integrate your reasoning and practice to treat low back pain even more effectively


Exclusively for physiotherapists, in association with Horder Healthcare, this two-day course will help you develop and build your existing skills and confidence in treating low back pain. Developed by Cathy Kwan of Blue Koala Physiotherapy, you’ll discover how to:

  • Quickly identify presentations of low back pain
  • Effectively assess different presentations
  • Develop greater knowledge of appropriate manual techniques
  • Review and deepen your understanding of how to use different types of exercise therapy to treat low back pain
  • Effectively integrate exercise with manual therapy using evidence informed practice

A one-day follow-up will help you solidify your practice and further hone your clinical reasoning skills.


Specially designed for physiotherapists up to 5-6 years qualified (band 5-6), those returning to practice or hoping to specialise in MSK physiotherapy.
