Research shows that adults over the age of 65 should undertake regular exercise focusing on strength and balance. This strength and flexibility class is designed to help you do just that.
It's a series of group classes held over six weeks. Each class will include exercises for strength, core control, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. All exercises can be adjusted to suit your individual level of fitness and ability.
Come along and have fun as you get fitter. Learn how best to move your body in a safe and supportive environment.
